We understand at times there will be unexpected mishap in the process of delivering the product to you.
In the event you received the product in the most unacceptable shape or fail to fit the purpose you have order it for, we will take full responsibilities for it. We will either REPLACE it or issue a REFUND for you.
Products which were purchased from Discounted, Stock Clearance, or as indicated in the Website CANNOT be exchanged or returned will NOT be accepted for refund nor return.

1. To report any such a mishap you need to reach out to us within 3 days from the time you received your order. Any report after 3 days of receiving the product will not be attended to.
2. Kindly furnish us with the unboxing video and picture of the defect.
